About the role

Hansen Yuncken is looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team on a Healthcare Project in Cairns, QLD. You'll play a vital role in delivering complex, high-profile projects that create lasting value for communities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of all site safety and ensure all procedures are monitored according to the Project Safety Management Plan




Monitor the progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other
Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all cases
Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget

About you
Experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor on commercial/government projects is essential
Positive understanding of OH&S; processes
Programming knowledge
Established relationships with subcontractors
Trade qualification preferred
Excellent communication skills
