Your role

Your Responsibilities

- Providetechnical supportand troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Monitorsystems and networksto identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
- Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, andcloud-based solutions.
- Support related IT services, includingsecurity cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
- Maintain accurate and detaileddocumentationof tasks, procedures, and system configurations.





Your Skills & Competencies

- Stronghardware skillsacross desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
- Strongsoftware expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge ofcloud-based technologies(Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
- Strongcybersecurity awarenessincluding data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
- Experience withBuilding Management Systems (BMS)
- Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Excellentproblem-solvingandlogical reasoningskills.
