Salad Factory Roles – Monday to Saturday Roster

Shifts & Pay

Start times vary day‑to‑day based on production line schedules

What You’ll Be Doing

Working with fresh salad products in a chilled, fast‑paced environment

Sorting, packing, mixing, and preparing salad ingredients

Manual handling and lifting 20–25kg+





Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures

Supporting production targets and working efficiently as part of a team

What You Need

Unlimited working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Working Holiday Visas welcome to apply )

Car and valid driver’s licence (no learners)

Ability to work with salad and fresh produce

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

Availability Monday to Saturday

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
