How You'll Make a Difference

- Empower & Mentor Your Team: Lead, coach, and support a dedicated team of tradespeople, apprentices, and production staff in a safe, cooperative environment.

- Organise Daily Production: Plan daily and weekly schedules, matching work priorities to your team's strengths to keep production smooth and predictable.
n
- Champion Practical Tech: Guide the workshop floor through modern production systems, digital job tracking,



and process improvements at a manageable, practical pace.

- Maintain High Standards: Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and workshop organisation so the team takes pride in every product leaving the floor.

What Brings You Success Here

We value practical leadership judgment, strong communication, and reliability over rigid formal titles. You'll excel in this role if you bring:

- Practical Leadership Experience: Proven experience guiding teams in manufacturing, workshop, trade, maintenance, or industrial settings.

- Down-to-Earth Communication: Clear, open, and respectful communication that builds trust with your team and cross-functional departments.

- Tech-Willingness: Comfort using or learning basic digital workshop tools (like digital job tracking or production spreadsheets) to keep work organised.

- Focus on Quality & Safety: A proactive approach to keeping the team safe, organised, and focused on quality workmanship.
n
- Note: Formal trade qualifications or a forklift licence are advantageous, but robust people skills and practical problem-solving are what matter most.
