Mount Erica Hotel is looking for full-time skilledChefs de Parte (CDP)'sto join our dedicated kitchen team. This is a high-energy, high-volume venue, and we needprofessional chefs who can keep up with the pace, uphold our standards, and thrive under pressure. We operateseven days a week for lunch and dinner, and our kitchen requires chefs who can handle busy services with skill, consistency, and professionalism.

The Role

n

As CDP at Mount Erica Hotel, you will:

n

n
- Maintain high standards – Execute food preparation and service with precision, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
n
- Run your section efficiently – Keep mise-en-place organized, manage stock, and maintain a clean workstation.
n




- Follow OH&S; and food safety standards – Adhere to all compliance and safety requirements.
n
- Work as part of a team – Collaborate with fellow chefs to deliver smooth and effective services.
n
- Step up when required – Support senior chefs and take the lead when necessary.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience – Minimum2 to 3 yearsin a similar role, with a proven ability to handle high-volume services.
n
- Qualifications – Ideally CertificateIII-IV in Commercial Cookery(or equivalent).
n
- Skill & Work Ethic – Strong cooking techniques, ability to perform under pressure, and commitment to excellence.
n
- Reliability & Professionalism – A chef who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and can consistently deliver at a high standard.
n
- Availability – Weekend and evening shifts will be an expectation of this role.
