Job Description
CoreStaff Darwin have a permanent Full Time Opportunity available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a well known Aboriginal owned, award winning construction business in Darwin.

Delivering residential, commercial and public infrastructure projects across the Territory. About the Role & Responsibilities:
n
n
- Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontractor agreements and contracts
n
- Managing procurement packages, scopes of work and subcontractor engagement
n
- Assessing subcontractor claims, variations and progress payments
n
- Maintaining project cost tracking, forecasting and commercial reporting
n
- Managing contract documentation, correspondence and registers
n
- Supporting project managers with budgets, variations and contractual requirements
n
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders
n
- Assisting with project reporting and ensuring contractual deadlines are met
n
- Supporting projects through practical completion and final account close-out
n

About you
n
n
- Previous Contracts Administrator experience within commercial, residential or civil construction
n
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and subcontractor administration
n
- Experience managing variations, progress claims and project costs
n
- Excellent attention to detail and document management skills
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a project team
n
- Relevant construction, quantity surveying, project management or commercial qualifications highly regarded
n
n
