Paint Performance Manager

We're looking for an experienced trade-qualified Painter / Paint Foreman to step into a Paint Performance Manager role within a high-end, precision manufacturing workplace.

n

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring the paint team, managing daily workflow and productivity, and ensuring exceptional quality and finishing standards. You'll also work closely with management to improve processes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing paint shop operations

- Allocating work across the team
n
- Monitoring materials and consumables
n
- Completing quality checks
n

We're looking for someone with Foreman, Head Painter or Paint Supervisor experience,



strong leadership skills and excellent attention to detail.
