About the role

Civilpro Excavations' is seeking a skilled Semi Tipper driver to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects across the region. As an experienced heavy vehicle driver, you will be responsible for the secure and efficient operation of our semi-tipper ensuring timely deliveries and site maintenance.

What you'll be doing
Operating semi-tippers and water trucks in a safe and responsible manner to transport materials and provide site maintenance
Conducting pre-start checks and minor maintenance on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition
Coordinating with site managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and water to construction sites
Maintaining accurate logs of vehicle usage, delivery schedules, and any incidents or issues encountered
Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the general public

What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience operating semi-tippers and water trucks in a civil construction setting
Valid heavy vehicle driver's HC license and a proven safe driving record
HC licence must be currently active with recent operational use




Clean driving record with no traffic offences or violations required
Working knowledge of construction site operations and material handling procedures
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations on site
Excellent communication skills to liaise with site managers and team members
Commitment to safety and a valuable understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
Australian work rights are required for this position
