Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, delivering high quality projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

We are seeking a motivated Scraper Operator who is looking for current challenges and potential growth opportunities to extend their career within the civil industry.

The position is suited to individuals who holdsignificant civil construction experience and specialist technical capacity in subdivisional projects.

Key Requirements:
Current and valid C Class Manual Driver's License and own transport
Construction Induction (White) Card
Relevant Operator Ticket
Minimum 2 year's experience in Subdivision work or similar within the civil construction industry
Can operate Scrapers - Cat 651 and 631
Experience operating other earthmoving machinery, such as dozers and/or excavators (Highly Desirable)
Solid focus on Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures
Ability to work around existing ground services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Cooperate in Prestart and safety meetings




Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

Key Responsibilities:
Operate plant as directed with due care and responsibility
Operate plant safely and efficiently
Complete pre-starts and communicate any issues
Maintain close communication with team and management
Be a team player and cooperate with others on site to improve efficiency
Take instruction and action out as directed by the Leading Hand and/or Site Manager
