About the Chance

n

We are launching and growing our Construction Materials Equipment business in Australia and are seeking a highly connected Sales Manager to lead market development efforts.

n

We are looking for an established industry professional who already has strong relationships with key decision-makers across cement plants, concrete producers, quarries, and construction materials companies. You will be expected to leverage your existing network to generate opportunities and build a sustainable customer base for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and establish a strong market presence.

- Leverage existing customer relationships to create sales pipelines and secure projects.
n
- Identify and engage decision-makers within the cement, concrete, quarrying,



and construction materials sectors.
n
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
n
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to business growth strategy.
n

Proven sales experience in cement, building materials, quarrying, bulk handling, or related industrial equipment sectors.

n

An established network of industry customers and decision-makers within the Australian market.

n

Demonstrated ability to generate business through existing industry relationships.

n

Strong track record in new business development and sales growth.

n

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of working independently.

n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
