I am working with an educational institution to find a Librarian to work three eveningsper week at theirSouth Banksite.

This position existsbecauseofinternal career progression. Training for the successful applicant will commence on October 7.

n

The working hours for this contract will be 5-8pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Extension likely!

In this position, be responsible for general librarian tasks, as well as:

n

n
- Assisting students with complex enquiries at the service desk
n
- Managing two direct reports, at AO2 level
n
- Providing virtual assistance to students
n
- Assisting with some project work on an as-needed basis.

In order to have your application considered, you must:

- be available to commenceon 7 October
n
- Have a library qualification (eg Masters Degree in Library and Information Services)
n
- be willing to work part time (3 evenings per week, 5-8pm)
