This is an prospect to work on complex, business-critical environments, helping build secure, scalable and automated solutions leveraging modern Google Cloud technologies and DevOps practices. You will support the design, delivery and optimisation of cloud-native platforms and services as part of a large-scale cloud transformation program with a leading enterprise organisation.

Key responsibilities
n
Design, build and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and platform services
n
Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
n
Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks
n
Implement cloud security, governance and operational best practices
n
Support containerised workloads using Kubernetes (GKE)
n
Monitor and improve platform reliability, performance and scalability
n
Collaborate with development, architecture and security teams to deliver cloud-native solutions
n
About you
n
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer within GCP environments
n
Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
n
CI/CD tooling including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Cloud Build
n
Cloud networking, IAM and security controls
n
Monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus or Grafana
n
Python, Bash or Go scripting
n
Container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
