Chandler Macleodis seeking experienced Chefs to join a dynamic team within a large catering facility in Tullamarine.

n

Our client is a leading food manufacturer, producing meals to many of the worlds' major Airlines.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high‐volume, in‐flight meals for airline passengers while maintaining consistent quality standards in a fast‐paced commercial kitchen.

n

This is a casual position offering full‐time hours, with opportunities for permanent progression.

n

- Day Shift:7:00 AM start
n
- Afternoon Shift:3:00 PM start
n
- Night Shift:11PM start
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food in line with client and flight specifications, including dietary requirements.
n
- Follow written instructions/ recipes
n
- Repetitive lifting and manual handling up to 25kg
n
- Maintain and adhereto HACCP and OHS policies and standards.
n
- Work under tight time constraints to meet KPIs andscheduling changes
n
- Manage food production, including stock levels and quantities
n
- Conduct quality control checks throughout production
n




- Supervise and coordinate the work of Catering Assistants
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
n
- Recent experience in a food manufacturing or high-volume kitchen environment
n
- Successfully complete a 2 hour trial onsite
n
- Flexibilityto work a rotating roster.
n
- Availability for on-call shifts or overtime as required
n
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
n
- Full working rights and availability in Australia
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
n
- A passion for food and customer satisfaction
n
