Tango Group International is seeking an experienced Packaging & Graphic Designer to join our team based in Braeside. This role is packaging-led, working at the centre of product development to create commercially strong, compliant, and visually compelling packaging across a wide range of retail categories.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Manage multiple design projects in a quick-paced environment.
n
- Lead end-to-end packaging design, from concept development through to print-ready artwork.
n
- Design retail-ready packaging that meets brand, compliance, and commercial requirements.
n
- Collaborate closely with product, sourcing, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver packaging on time.
n




- Develop and maintain compelling brand identities and packaging design.
n
- Create diverse marketing materials including packaging, product photography, social media content, print collateral, EDMs, signage, advertising, and website assets.
n
- Lead and execute professional product photoshoots, from styling and lighting to editing.
n
- Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure creative alignment and project success.
n
- Contribute to building a strong social media presence through impactful visuals.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer with strong, hands‐on packaging design experience.
n
- A portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
n
- Strong photography skills—including product styling, studio lighting, and retouching.
n
- Experience with MYOB Advanced is a plus.
n
- Strong prepress knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
n
- A team player with a solutions-focused attitude and openness to feedback.
