Job Title: D365 CE Application Support Specialist (Marketing)

About the Opportunity

Opportunity to join a leading professional services firm providing technical support and platform enhancements across their Dynamics 365 CE and digital marketing ecosystem . This role focuses on supporting core business applications, configuring Customer Insights Journeys , maintaining CRM Platform , and driving effective campaign delivery and website integrations across the firm.

Key Criteria

- Technical background: Hands-on technical support and administration experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM .
- Marketing Tech expertise: Experience supporting marketing automation tools such as Customer Insights Journeys , SendGrid , or PoliteMail , combined with solid HTML/CSS skills for digital communications and campaign creation.
- CMS & Platform knowledge: Hands-on exposure to headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok ) alongside SharePoint Online and document automation tools like Templafy .
- Systems Governance: Knowledge of environment management (Dev/UAT/Prod ), API integrations & release processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills,



and the ability to translate complex business needs into smooth technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Support & Governance: Provide technical support, user enablement, and administration across Dynamics 365 CE , Power Platform , SharePoint Online , and Templafy environments while maintaining governance, documentation, and change management standards.
- Marketing & Campaign Enablement: Design, support, and execute CRM campaigns , customer journeys , responsive HTML communications , and email template systems using Customer Insights Journeys and related digital marketing tooling.
- Platform Enhancement & Automation: Configure Power Apps , build Power Automate workflows, and coordinate system deployments, testing, and Microsoft Wave updates across Dev , UAT , and Production environments.
- Integrations & Content Management: Monitor and maintain website integrations, APIs, and connected platforms including SendGrid , SuccessFactors , and Storyblok CMS public website content publishing.
- Training & Collaboration: Develop training resources, guide non-technical users on best practices, and collaborate closely with external technology partners to resolve platform issues.
