About the Role

Based at our Brendale branch, you will be responsible for:
Phone sales and customer service
Counter sales and customer assistance
Processing orders and quotations
Building solid relationships with existing and new customers
Assisting customers with product selection and technical enquiries
Supporting branch operations and day-to-day administrative tasks

You will be joining an experienced and friendly team that will provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the business.

What We Are Looking For




Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Positive computer skills and attention to detail
Previous sales, retail, trade counter, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
