Role and Responsibilities:

- Preparing pricing, estimates and tenders for commercial landscape construction projects.
- Lead allocated projects from estimating and procurement through to completion and handover.
- Manage internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and reliable project delivery.




- Build and maintain solid client and industry relationships to support project delivery and future opportunities.
- Manage project costs and financial performance to achieve robust commercial outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the VIC business.
- Improve estimating, project delivery processes and systems to drive efficiency and performance.
- Ensure projects meet high standards of safety, quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
- Review project scopes, specifications and site requirements to identify risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies.

What will you need?

- Relevant Industry Qualifications/Degree's or Relevant Experience
- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
