The Nitty Gritty

n

Join our team as a Travel & Accommodation Advisor and play a key role in keeping our mining operation moving seamlessly. In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you'll coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors - ensuring every journey is secure, efficient, and cost-effective.
n Working closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel providers, you'll manage flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations, and workforce movements with precision and exceptional customer service.
n From mobilisation and onboarding to roster transitions and operational continuity, you'll be at the centre of delivering smooth workforce logistics that support site success every day. If you thrive in a highly organised, people-focused environment and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You will also work closely with our Senior Site Administrator, providing cover for each other during rostered absences.
n This is a permanent full time role and the successful applicant may be either DIDO or residential.

What You Bring

- Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, or accommodation management.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
n




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
n

Desirable

n

- Previous experience within mining, FIFO, or remote operations.
n
- Experience using travel booking and workforce management systems.
n
- Understanding of mining rosters and mobilisation requirements.
n
- Exposure to accommodation forecasting and workforce logistics.
n
