About the role

n

Support Worker - Catering are part of an integrated team providing domestic services for our residents, where it is a crucial role providing support in the areas of cleaning, catering, cooking and laundry services. You will work closely with our residents and families providing a person-centred model of care, displaying respect for resident's privacy, dignity, esteem and choice.

What you bring

- Experience in carrying out domestic assistance duties to a high standard
n
- Effective interpersonal communication - written and verbal
n
- Ability to participate as a positive and effective team member
n
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
n
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
n
- Working knowledge of WH&S; and Infection Control
n
- Ability to operate standard domestic and industrial equipment
n
- An ongoing commitment to work within the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary Retirement Communities
