An exciting opportunity has come up with a growing specialist restructuring & advisory firm.

The firm provides financial analysis, restructuring, turnaround and formal insolvency services, working closely with private creditors, secured lenders, other stakeholderson complex and often high-profile distressed matters.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional looking to move beyond traditional insolvency work and gain greater exposure tofinancial modelling and commercial advisory.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and feasibility analysis
n
- Leading a diverse range of investigations and insolvency assignments.
n
- Developing strategic solutions to maximise recoveries and asset realisations
n
- Working closely with the practitioner to organise and manage the completion of a wide range of appointments, while delivering quality service to all stakeholder
n




- Preparing reports and engaging directly with clients and creditors
n
- Overseeing formal & informal insolvency processes and mitigating risk
n
- Coaching, mentoring and directing team members to ensure their development and growth.
n
- Supporting business development and growth initiatives
n

n

What they're looking for:

n

n
- 4+ years' insolvency/advisory experience
n
- Strong commercial and problem-solving mindset
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Ability to take ownership of matters and manage multiple workstreams
n
- Property/construction experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
- ARITA qualification, or willingness to complete it
n
