Chandler Macleod is seeking a motivated and people-focused Onsite Workforce Coordinator to support a large workforce in a fast‐paced operational environment.

About the Role

n

As the Onsite Workforce Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting a large workforce and ensuring employees are set up for success every day.

n

You will be the first point of contact for employees on site, helping manage attendance, performance, employee engagement and workforce planning while building strong relationships with operational leaders.

n

This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Monitor attendance and roster adherence
n
- Conduct employee welfare and engagement checks
n
- Support employee onboarding and inductions
n
- Manage workforce queries and escalate issues where required
n
- Assist with performance management and coaching conversations
n




- Build strong relationships with employees and operational stakeholders
n
- Coordinate workforce requirements to meet operational demands
n
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures
n
- Participate in daily operational meetings
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have experience in a people leadership role and enjoy working in a quick‐paced environment.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
