ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join their project leadership team.

This is a permanent position on an initial 2:1 roster, overseeing multiple Supervisors across resources projects. With a solid pipeline ahead, they’re looking for someone who can become part of the business longer term.

The Role
Lead and support a team of S26 Civil Supervisors
Oversee multiple civil work fronts, plant and subcontractors
Manage bulk earthworks, embankments and roadworks
Drive safety, quality, productivity and programme
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives

About You




Experienced Civil Superintendent / Construction Manager
Strong bulk earthworks and civil construction background
Proven experience leading multiple Supervisors
Previous mining/resources project experience
Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
Tier 2 / Tier 3 civil contracting experience highly regarded
