We are seeking an experienced Senior EUC Support Engineer to support a major workplace technology and device rollout based in North Melbourne. This is a hands‐on senior position providing onsite support, resolving escalated technical issues and ensuring the successful deployment of laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology. Strong Microsoft Intune experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Provide senior-level onsite EUC and desktop support.
n
- Configure and deploy laptops, iPhones, iPads and related peripherals.
n
- Manage device enrolment, configuration and compliance through Microsoft Intune.
n
- Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Windows Autopilot.
n
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, connectivity and device deployment issues.
n
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
n
- Maintain accurate asset, deployment and ticket records.
n
- Support workstations, printers, meeting rooms and audiovisual technology.
n
- Communicate clearly with users throughout deployments and issue resolution.
n
- Work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders and external vendors.
n




- Assist with site readiness, rollout activities and post-deployment support.
n
- Mentor and support other EUC team members where required.

Required experience

n

n
- Strong commercial experience in senior EUC, desktop or end-user support.
n
- Demonstrated Microsoft Intune experience is essential.
n
- Experience with Windows 11, Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
n
- Strong knowledge of device provisioning, SOE deployments and endpoint compliance.
n
- Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology.
n
- Previous involvement in a large-scale device rollout or migration project.
n
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
n
- Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
n
- Whiteglove provisioning experience will be highly regarded.
n
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel between sites when required.

This is a fully onsite role suited to a capable Senior EUC qualified who is comfortable taking ownership of escalations while remaining actively involved in device deployment and hands‐on user support.
