We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join a large residential aged care home in Coffs Harbour.

This is an opportunity to join an established team, work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and take on a key clinical leadership position within the home.

The Opportunity

n

As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the clinical operations of the home and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Facility Manager and broader clinical team, providing clinical leadership, guidance and support across the home.

n

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working pattern, making it an attractive prospect for an experienced aged care professional looking for greater structure and work-life balance.

About You

n





We're looking for an experienced aged care professional who is confident working within a clinical environment and passionate about delivering high-quality resident care.

n

Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator is desirable, however, we are also very open to speaking with highly experienced Registered Nurses in Aged Care who are looking to take the next step into a clinical leadership position.

You will need

n

- AHPRA Registered Nurse
n
- Full Australian Working Rights
n
- Previous experience within Residential Aged Care
n
- Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator is desirable
n
- Highly experienced Aged Care RNs looking to progress into a CCC position are encouraged to apply
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- A genuine commitment to resident outcomes and quality care
n
