Job Description

We are seeking a capable and proactive IT Specialist & Software Developer to manage our day-to-day technology needs while developing software solutions that improve our security business operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and building practical systems. You will work across IT infrastructure, hardware, software, cybersecurity and application development. PLEASE NOTE: Fluency in both English and Urdu is required, as this role involves regular communication and collaboration with our Pakistan-based team.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support for computers, printers, mobile devices, networks and business applications

n

Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and user accounts

n

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly

n

Monitor system performance, backups, security and data protection

n

Develop, test and maintain internal software, web applications and integrations

n

Improve and automate existing business processes

n

Integrate systems through APIs and third-party platforms

n

Maintain technical documentation, system records and source code

n

Liaise with technology suppliers and external service providers

n

Recommend practical technology improvements to management

n

About you

n

Fluency in both English and Urdu is required,



as this role involves regular communication and collaboration with our Pakistan-based team.

Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline

n

Experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar role

n

Software development experience using relevant languages and frameworks

n

Understanding of databases, APIs, networking and cybersecurity

n

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems

n

Strong communication and time-management skills

n

Able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users

n

Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently

n

Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach

n

Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, cloud services, SQL, web development, mobile applications, ERP systems or business-process automation will be highly regarded

n
