As we enter a significant period of expansion, we’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the dining experience at Saint Haven Toorak.

This is an opportunity for a polished, commercially minded hospitality leader who knows what exceptional service looks like — and how to deliver it consistently in a fast-paced, high-expectation Private Club workplace.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, leading from the floor and creating an experience that feels effortless, personal and distinctly Saint Haven.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional, highly personalised service to our members and guests
- Driving service standards across every touchpoint of the dining experience
- Managing daily operations, rostering, labour and cost control
- Supporting budgets, P&L; performance and commercial outcomes
- Building genuine relationships with members and becoming a visible presence within the Private Club




- Working closely with culinary and broader Club leadership to deliver a seamless member experience
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing the team as Saint Haven continues to grow
- Maintaining immaculate presentation, operational standards and attention to detail

ABOUT YOU

You’ve built your career in premium restaurants, hotels, Private Clubs or luxury hospitality environments and thrive where expectations are high and the pace is fast.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Restaurant or venue management experience within high-end hospitality
- Strong operational and commercial capability, including labour, budgets and P&L;
- A genuine obsession with service and the small details that elevate an experience
- Confidence leading, coaching and holding teams to exceptionally high standards
- A warm, polished and highly personable leadership style
- Experience managing discerning guests, VIPs or strong repeat clientele
- The ability to remain composed, decisive and hands‑on during busy services
