At MS Plus, we are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Care Workers to join our team supporting people in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Respite care services.

This is a temporary role.

What We’re Looking For:

- Empathy and compassion in supporting individuals with disabilities and elderly clients.
- Previous experience in disability support and/or aged/home care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Have completed theNDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’.
- Have a clear NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- NDIS Knowledge desirable: understanding of NDIS and able to implement individualised tailored support plans in day-to-day routines, ensuring clients receive the support and services they need.




- Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude.
- Working rights in Australia.
- A First Aid certificate with the completion date in the last two years, and a current CPR.

Your Role:

- SIL Support: Provide personal care, daily living support, and community engagement for individuals in specialist accommodation.
- Short Term Accommodation (STA)/Respite Care: Offer short-term relief for families and caregivers, providing care in a compassionate, supportive way within STA environment.
