Our client is a growing organisation with a national footprint. Our client is a well-known distributor of Automation solutions for multiple industries, including Water, FMCG and Manufacturing.

n

The organisation is experiencing growth and they are now looking for an Financial Accountant who will be part of the Accounting Team at their Braeside Office.

n

This is a great opportunity to join a position that has path towards Senior Accountant or Department Manager.

n

This could be a full time or 4 Days a week opportunity.

n

Reporting to the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Assist with month end close process including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Assist with the preparation of statutory tax obligations including GST, FBT and income tax
n




- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Reports)
n
- Assist with accounts Payable/Receivables
n
- Providing ad-0hoc assistance to other members of the finance team
n
- Assist with Payroll
n

Requirements

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
n
- Qualified or Currently completing your CA/ CPA studies
n
- At least 5+ years experience in a similar accounting role
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- An aptitude to learn, work hard and grow your career
