About the role

Willswood Farms Pty. Ltd. is seeking multiple reliable, hands-on Production Operators to join our team. You will assist with daily production activities, operate equipment safely and help maintain consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with training and procedures.
Prepare materials and assist with processing, packing and labelling.
Check product quality and report faults or inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Clean equipment and maintain secure, tidy work areas.
Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements.
Follow workplace health and safety, hygiene and biosecurity procedures.
Work with the team to meet daily production requirements.

About you
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
Practical skills and robust attention to detail.
Able to follow instructions and work independently or within a team.
Committed to secure equipment operation and manual handling.
Previous experience in production, agriculture, food processing or manufacturing is desirable.
A forklift licence is advantageous where relevant.
