About the role

HL Pharma is looking for a highly organised, detail focused and proactive person to join the team in a Pharmaceutical Support role. This is a varied position combining customer service, pharmaceutical administration, order processing, stock support and day to day operational follow through. You will work closely with the Pharmacist, Warehouse, Quality and Operations teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately, customers are supported and records are maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records and WMS information
Provide qualified customer service and liaise with customers, pharmacies, suppliers and couriers
Support pharmaceutical documentation, patient access processes, purchase order administration and stock management
Assist with receiving, stock checks, delivery follow up and order close out
Support warehouse pick and pack activities when required
Work accurately within company procedures, quality requirements and regulated processes

A strong team member who is willing to support across different areas of the business
Confident with general computer systems, email, Microsoft Office, working in the cloud and learning new software
Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting
Able to follow procedures, take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, medical supply, customer service or another regulated environment is desirable
A formal pharmacy qualification is desirable

Perks
Full time Monday to Friday hours, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Salary of $65,000 to $75,000 plus super, depending on experience
