Working closely with an experienced Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant payroll services across Australia and Current Zealand while partnering with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders.

The Opportunity

This position will see you take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing while supporting a diverse workforce across multiple pay cycles. You will join a supportive team environment where accuracy, customer service and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing across Australia and New Zealand
Processing weekly and monthly payrolls within required deadlines
Managing employee lifecycle transactions including commencements, salary changes, leave and terminations
Responding to employee and stakeholder payroll enquiries
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies




Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
Preparing payroll reports and supporting audit requirements
Partnering with HR, Finance and operational leaders across the business
Contributing to payroll process improvement initiatives

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous end-to-end payroll experience ideally across both Australia and New Zealand
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
