We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our Botanic Ridge team. If you enjoy a fast-paced workplace, delivering outstanding customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday (6:30am starts), with flexibility to work occasions Saturdays.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
Operating the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
Processing tickets, payments, and documentation
Assisting drivers, contractors, and customers
Ensuring compliance with CoR and EPA requirements
Supporting a robust safety culture across site
Managing phone, email, and radio communications

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a weighbridge, waste, quarry, logistics, or transport environment




Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Great customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and EPA requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
