Job Description

This is a full-time sales-focused role responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships and providing technical product advice across our range of eBikes, eCargo Bikes, accessories and mobility solutions. You will work with both existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements, recommend appropriate products and solutions, prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to sale and delivery. As a small business, the role also includes practical operational responsibilities associated with supporting customers and completing the sales process.

Key responsibilities

Develop new sales opportunities with businesses, organisations and other prospective customers

n

Identify and approach potential B2B customers and develop ongoing commercial relationships

n

Manage incoming sales enquiries and proactively follow up prospective customers

n

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eBike and eCargo Bike solutions

n

Provide detailed technical and product advice across bikes, components, accessories and available configurations

n

Conduct product consultations, demonstrations and test rides

n

Prepare quotations, proposals and sales orders

n

Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat and additional sales opportunities

n

Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs

n

Assist with exhibitions, demonstration days and other business-development activities

About you

n

Previous experience in sales, technical sales,



account management or business development

n

Experience working directly with customers and developing ongoing customer relationships

n

Confidence explaining technical products and solutions

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

A proactive approach to developing new business

n

Good organisational and follow-up skills

n

Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs

n

Valuable computer and CRM/business-system skills

n

An interest in cycling, eBikes, sustainable transport or technical consumer products

n

The ability to work effectively in a small, hands-on team
