Sales Operations & Materials Planning Coordinator

LS Global is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage wholesale sales operations, customer accounts and material requirements planning within our growing skincare and cosmetics business.

n

We are looking for a commercially aware, analytical thinker who can interpret sales, inventory and forecast data to support sound planning decisions to help grow our business.

About the role

n

You will be responsible for:

n

Managing relationships with local and international wholesale customers

n

Following up customers regarding orders and future requirements

n

Processing sales orders and coordinating fulfilment and delivery

n

Handling customer enquiries, complaints and quality issues

n

Managing MRP, inventory levels and component purchasing requirements

n

Analysing sales forecasts, stock availability and future demand

n

Coordinating component sourcing, imports and logistics, including suppliers in China

n





Maintaining accurate information in Business Central and Excel

n

About you

n

You will have:

n

Wholesale sales, B2B account-management or customer-service experience

n

Experience in MRP, materials planning, inventory planning or purchasing

n

Strong analytical, Excel and numerical skills

n

ERP experience, preferably Business Central or NAV

n

Demonstrated ability in learning recent processes and adapting to evolving ERP environments, having experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC or NAV is highly regarded

n

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. High initiative with the ability to anticipate potential supply chain issues and proactively implement solutions

n

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

n

China sourcing or import coordination experience would be highly regarded

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while using data and systems to improve inventory planning and business operations.

n

Previous experience working within the FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries would be highly regarded
