Arceye Engineering is seeking a Workshop Manager to own the day-to-day operation of the Pakenham workshop and its team. This hands-on leadership role requires working closely with tradespeople to solve problems, improve safety, quality and productivity, and implement new systems.
You will drive production efficiency, develop the workforce and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard in a dynamic Australian engineering and fabrication setting.
