Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Attendants to support our commercial kitchens across multiple venues.

Key requirements:

n

n
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
n
- Ability to operate a commercial dishwasher
n
- Ability to wash pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
- Basic food preparation skills
n
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
- Ability to clean and maintain kitchen benches, equipment and floors
n
- Safe handling and use of commercial cleaning chemicals
n
- Ability to manage rubbish and food waste appropriately
n
- Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors
n
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
n
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills
n




- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual handling
n
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
n
- Do Food Safely / food safety training where required
n

Availability

n

Shifts may include:

n

n
- Day shifts: approximately 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, including Docklands venues
n
- Functions: shifts at various function venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe
n
- Evening shifts: available at selected venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe
n
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and functions is highly desirable.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working across different venues and adapting to different kitchen environments and service requirements.
