With several new projects recently committed and moving into delivery stages, this highly regarded architectural studio is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead a range of design-focused developments.

n

Working across sophisticated multi-residential and apartment developments, you will take responsibility for small to mid-sized project teams and oversee projects from design development through documentation, coordination and construction.

n

The immediate project portfolio includes highly resolved multi-residential developments ranging from approximately 50 to 120 dwellings, with the broader studio delivering projects of considerably greater scale.

n

This opportunity will suit a motivated and technically accomplished Architect who enjoys combining hands‐on project involvement with team leadership.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5–10 years' postgraduate experience
n
- Proven multi-residential, apartment. mixed‐use experience
n
- Previous involvement in projects valued at $50M+
n
- Strong Revit proficiency with a hands‐on, technically focused approach
n
- Systematic approach to design development, documentation and detailing
n
- Ability to produce and oversee complete architectural packages
n
- Broad project experience from concept through to construction
n
- Strong consultant coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
n
- Excellent organisation,



communication and project delivery skills
