As we continue our national growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – South Australia to lead service delivery, operational performance and team capability across the SA market.

About the Role

n

The Regional Manager – South Australia will be responsible for the operational performance, service quality and growth of the SA region.

n

You will be a visible and engaged leader, supporting our operational teams, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, and building strong relationships with participants, families, support workers and key stakeholders.

n

This role will suit an experienced Regional Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager who enjoys being hands-on across all aspects of service delivery while also contributing to broader organisational strategy as part of a national leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations and service delivery across South Australia
n
- Ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with their goals and needs
n
- Supporting and developing frontline leaders, coordinators and operational teams
n
- Driving workforce performance, engagement, retention and capability
n
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, advocates and community stakeholders
n
- Monitoring operational performance, quality outcomes,



compliance and service standards
n
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
n
- Supporting workforce planning, resource allocation and regional growth initiatives
n
- Implementing operational improvements, systems and processes to support scalability
n
- Partnering with national teams across People & Culture, Quality, Finance and Operations to achieve business objectives
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced NDIS sector qualified who is passionate about delivering exceptional services and has the capability to lead teams in a complex, people-focused environment.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior operational leadership role
n
- Strong experience managing frontline service delivery and geographically dispersed teams
n
- Experience within NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, community services or another customer-focused sector
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
n
- Strong understanding of operational compliance, quality standards and service excellence
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‐on operational involvement
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement
n
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, resources and performance outcomes
n
