We are currently seeking experienced Line Setter /Machine Operators with a background in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our clients in Dandenong South.

Available Shift: Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Role responsibilities

n

n
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, following GMP and SOP guidelines.
n
- Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and maintain product flow through to packing.
n
- Ensure product quality meets specifications and complete related documentation
n
- Collaborate with teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Handling
n
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere to production plans
n

About You

n

n




- Minimum 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical settings
n
- Skilled in operating Flowwrappers, Lead Cartoners, and Propac machines
n
- Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards
n
- Robust English literacy and computer skills
n
- A team player with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
n
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive
n
