About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities will include
Operating and monitoring production machinery.
Conducting hourly quality checks and accurately recording results.
Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues.
Basic fabrication and crate assembly.
Packaging finished products securely for transport.
Routine cleaning and housekeeping, including swarf bag maintenance.
Strictly adhering to WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
