About the role

As the voice of Hoselink, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a full-time ongoing position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based at our Brookvale team.

Key responsibilities
Providing expert advice to help customers choose the right products for their garden
Responding to phone and email enquiries with patience and clarity
Troubleshooting delivery queries, tracking parcels, and processing orders
Assisting with warranty claims and product troubleshooting
Responding to customer reviews and assisting with local Click & Collect pickups

About you
A natural communicator with a warm phone manner and ability to write transparent, well-crafted emails
Solution-oriented with the ability to see problems as prospects to help
Organised and able to multi-task and prioritise workload
Background in customer service (office-based, retail,



or hospitality)
Reliable and able to show up for your team and customers
