We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service professional to join an established business based in Yatala.

This is a temporary/casual, part-time opportunity with flexibility around working hours, making it particularly suitable for someone looking to work within school hours.

The client is keen to get someone started ASAP, and we're open to speaking with candidates from a range of internal sales, customer service, account management and sales administration backgrounds.

The Role Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support existing customers while also helping identify recent sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include
Responding to inbound sales enquiries
Building relationships with existing customers and encouraging repeat business
Managing allocated customer accounts
Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
Following up outstanding quotes and sales prospects
Monitoring orders through to delivery and invoicing
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Researching and reaching out to prospective customers
Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within the CRM
Providing general sales and customer service support





The position also involves customer outreach, reporting and working alongside the wider sales and marketing team. About You We'd love to hear from you if you have experience within:
Internal/inside sales
Customer service
Account management
Sales administration or sales support
Order processing and quoting
CRM systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot or Salesforce

You'll be confident speaking with customers, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple enquiries, quotes and orders at once. Hours & Rate This is a part time casual/temporary position, with flexibility around hours and days.

School-hour arrangements can be accommodated for the right person.

The hourly rate is currently open and will be discussed based on experience and expectations, so we encourage applicants to let us know what hourly rate they would be seeking.
