We are seeking a fun & dynamic ICT Support Officer to join our growing team.

About the role

n

Working as part of the ICT Team, you will assist in delivering ICT administration and support for hardware and software for Cire Services' staff, students, and external stakeholders. Being a technical and customer service specialist, providing quality service and solutions to staff to enhance and maintain their operations.

n

You will also get the opportunity to assist working on innovative projects whilst the organisation scales, including cyber security and cloud system management.

n

Other Day to Day duties consist of:

- Customer Service
n
- Device Management
n
- Onboarding/Offboarding Staff
n
- Back Ups, Recovery and Repair
n
- Site Visits
n
- Basic Networking and Desktop Support
n

n

About you

n

You have excellent customer service skills with1-2 years' experience within an ICT Enterprise and/or Helpdesk environment using Microsoft Solutions, withsome basic skills within Active Directory, Entra and Windows OS.

n

Other things you'll need to have, include:

- Being a creative problem solver with commitment to continuous improvement
n
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
n
- Ability to work effectively and accurately with minimal supervision
n




- Proactive to addressing upcoming business needs
n

n

You will also require a full valid Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable car as site visits will be required (Travel Allowance will be provided).

n
