This is a sales-focused role, with sales performance as the primary KPI. You will be involved in the entire process — from first enquiry through to delivery and basic after-sales support — ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway into senior or leadership positions as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and convert leads from phone, online enquiries, showroom walk-ins, and caravan shows
- Conduct product presentations and confidently close deals
- Follow up leads consistently using CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Guide customers through the full sales process
- Prepare contracts and sales documentation
- Coordinate orders with internal teams
- Liaise with the workshop on build progress
- Arrange and conduct vehicle handovers
- Handle basic after-sales enquiries and assist with coordinating warranty-related matters

Requirements

- Full driver's licence
- Willing to travel interstate (approx. once per month)
- Caravan or RV experience is preferred but not essential
