This is the kind of role that doesn't come up often in this industry. EZPZ is a boutique Melbourne agency that's growing fast and doing property management properly — and we're hiring our fourth team member. You'll manage your own residential portfolio end to end, working shoulder to shoulder with the business owner, with real ownership from day one. Not a cog in a big-agency machine — a genuine seat at the table in something being built.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio end to end
n
- Conduct inspections, condition reports and leasing (viewings, applications, lease prep)
n
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with owners, renters and tradies
n
- Handle arrears, breaches, notices, bond claims and VCAT
n
- Coordinate marketing photos and list properties online
n
- Own your schedule — you run your desk your way

About you

- Proven residential PM experience — you can run a desk independently
n
- PropertyMe Experience (ideal)
n
- Current Agent's Representative certificate (or Agent's Licence)
n
- Strong knowledge of the RTA 1997 and Victorian compliance
n
- Current Victorian licence and your own reliable car — this role is mobile (Fuel Card Provided)
n
- Sharp, organised and calm under pressure, with great communication
n
