About the Role

n

A great opportunity for someone starting their career to join our office team as a Trainee Administration Support Officer. You'll work towards a nationally recognised qualification while gaining real, hands-on experience supporting our admin and operations team.

- Collating daily paperwork and processing invoicing through Xero
n
- Checking and following up outstanding paperwork with drivers and operations staff
n
- Collating PODs (proof of delivery) and driver sheets
n
- Data entry into Xero, matching PODs
n
- Following up with customers and drivers for outstanding paperwork
n
- Sending weekly text messages to drivers regarding paperwork and safety issues
n




- Providing general customer service and handling enquiries professionally
n
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support across the office as needed
n

About You

n

n
- No prior experience necessary – ideal for a school leaver or career starter
n
- Genuine interest in earning a nationally recognised qualification on the job
n
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
n
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn data entry processes
n
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
n
- Transparent verbal and written communication
n
- Positive, friendly and approachable manner
n
- Proactive, uses initiative and supports the wider team
n
