Experience in reception / administration / corporate boardrooms / 5 star hotels / guest services





We are looking for customer-facing, customer focused professionals

High level of computer and administration skills

Ability to elevate resident experiences by anticipating needs, building meaningful relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends and local attractions.

Impeccable presentation and grooming required

Your role:

Coordinate residents moving in and out of our dazzling building.

Show off your administrative prowess by working with our cutting-edge building management program.

Keep a watchful eye on CCTV, alerting the right parties to any potential excitement.

Collaborate with our entire Concierge department to provide a seamless service to our residents.

Be the go-to person for tenant inquiries and building issues.

Greet owners, residents, and visitors with proactive enthusiasm.

Guide residents to the plethora of services within the precinct and the surrounding areas, ensuring a lifestyle that's nothing short of seamless.
