- an ability to develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues
- an understanding and demonstrated use of evidence based best practice
- a capacity to coordinate year level and whole school sports events
- an understanding and experience with PBL (an advantage)
- the ability to collaborate, support and contribute to the specialist team
- the willingness to adhere to St Francis of Assisi's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359
- a commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
