The program runs for two years as a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement, starting January 2028, delivering hands-on experience and meaningful work.
The program includes two 12-month rotations, ongoing coaching and formal training, plus exposure to multiple business units to develop technical and commercial skills.
