Now hiring – Training Assistant (Dubbo, NSW)

HMC Group Solutions is expanding our team in Dubbo and looking for a Training Assistant to support our growing delivery scope across construction, safety and industry training.

This position is ideal for someone with solid industry experience, whether that’s construction, mining, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare or another trade who’s interested in stepping into the VET sector.

You’ll work alongside qualified Trainers & Assessors, assisting with course setup, equipment preparation, participant support and day-to-day training activities, while gaining exposure to nationally recognised training delivery.

Key requirements:

- Industry experience in any field (construction, mining, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
- Interest in vocational education and safety training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- Willingness to work towards a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or equivalent)
- Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic
